The sophomore effort from Manhattan-based speed lounge band The Secret Sense finds them in top form, delivering another fine collection of Vegas showroom standards played at extremely high RPM. Standout tracks include a full orchestral rework of Jimmy Webb's MacArthur Park that clocks in at just over 47 seconds long. Rumor has it that the Sensers are still in the studio working on their planned Bobby Darin tribute album, hoping to release it in late August in time for this year's Christmas shopping season. This reviewer can hardly wait.
